Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is an advanced manipulation of the connective tissue (aka myofascia or fascia) performed with no oils or lotions. The higher grip obtained this way allows me to access and manipulate specific layers of the fascia in a way that the gliding strokes of massage cannot achieve.

Laryngeal Manipulation

Laryngeal Manipulation is a hands-on treatment designed for all professional voice users (singers, actors, voice-overs, teachers, etc.) and it is sometimes referred to as Voice Massage or Circum-laryngeal Massage.

This treatment is designed around the needs of the professional voice user.

Structural Bodywork

Structural Bodywork uses Myofascial Release techniques to improve alignment and posture adjusting tension is specific areas of the fascial network.
